Denise facilitates classes and workshops at studios, retreats and events. Delve into traditional yoga philosophy through asana, ritual, breath, mantra and meditation. Connection to self, Community and Divine Source. Her style of practice draws from the traditions of Akhanda Yoga & ZenThai Flow.

Akhanda Yoga is a holistic hatha style that weaves ancient wisdom of yoga into a tapestry that offers students a powerful experience and an experiential toolkit for their journey. Each class offers a balanced sequencing of asana (movement and postures), pranayama (breathe), relaxation and meditation. Suitable foe all levels of experience.

ZenThai Flow classes and workshops commence with solo asana, moving into partner flows and guided therapeutic sequences, integrated through the five elements of Chinese Medicine. (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood & Fire). Sequences support fascia unwinding, spiraling movement, stimulating pressure points and lengthening meridian channels and also explore the deeper emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the elements. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Denise offers Private yoga classes if you wish to receive one on one instruction, or support for specific conditions. You might like a private session or two before joining the weekly classes to increase your understanding of the foundational asanas, breathwork and flows. 

Corporate or group bookings are available for workplaces, events, or specific groups such as children, gyms, sporting teams etc. Tailor made to support your goals.

Receive individual assistance and guidance in a one on one yoga session with Denise. You will develop a deeper sense of awareness and connection to body movement and breath as you are guided through asana postures, balances and flows. Especially useful for those wishing to meet specific goals quickly.

From its inception, yoga has been an experiential practice; teachers transmit the seed of knowledge, but true understanding comes through independent practice and mindfulness of the resultant shift on all three levels of being: physical, mental and spiritual.
