Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy 60mins $80
Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy integrating aspects of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai massage and Osteopathic techniques, effectively addressing the structural and energetic needs of the body. The result of a full-body session is often an exciting and powerful mind/body experience, bringing both the recipient and the therapist to greater states of physical and mental well-being. Clients can request full body treatment or focus on select areas that require immediate attention.
Session length and costs are flexible upon request.
Traditional Cupping Therapy 30 mins $50
Cupping is an effective technique that aims to restore function, movement and flexibility to the soft tissue that connects the body’s muscles, cartilage, ligaments and tendons. The vacuum acts to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues, to break up cross linkages between the tissue layers that limit flexibility. Cupping is known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation, and is extremely useful for deep tissue repair and removing stagnation. Not suitable for conditions of depleted Qi energy. Caution recommended for pregnant clients.
Thai Foot Massage 45 mins $70
Thai Foot massage is a massage of the lower legs and feet that involves hands on stretching and massage to ‘open’ Sen, (energy) lines, along with using other techniques to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body. Thai foot massage stimulates these points to promote general health and well being. Pressure can be varied according to preferences.
Includes foot soak, scrub and oil application.

AromaTouch Technique 60 mins $80
AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to essential oil application and is a powerful, accessible way for everyone to experience the healing powers of dōTERRA’s essential oils, addressing whole body needs and creating overall systemic health benefits. Application is direct to the back and feet using a carrier oil.
This treatment does not include massage therapy.
Cellulite Cupping Treatment 45 mins $70
One of the most powerful and effective detoxification techniques is cupping. Cupping pulls toxins out of the skin as it moves and drains the lymph. Cups are an amazing tool that breaks up the fatty tissues or cellulite deposit, which in turn makes the skin firm and smooth. During cupping massage, the skin develops collagen and elastin, which improves skin texture and tone. 4 to 6 sessions will offer effective results.
Relaxation Oil Massage 60 mins $80
Relaxation massage focuses on giving the client time to recover from the stresses of daily life. You will experience a treatment that involves: Long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing and pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful.
This treatment is designed to soothe, nourish and relax not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying ailments.
